How does the Zillow import work?
Paste a listing link and BasedFrame pulls the listing's photos and sorts them by room. Importing a listing uses 5 credits. After that, every edit is priced by quality, from 1 credit.
Can I change just one part of a photo?
Yes. You paint over the area or drag a box around it and describe the change. Only the selected area is repainted; the rest of the photo is left alone.
Can I use my own photos instead of a link?
Yes. Upload photos directly and they are sorted into rooms the same way, so you can use Listing Remodel on any property, not only Zillow listings.
Do I need to disclose edited listing photos?
Rules differ by MLS and region, and many require edited or virtually changed photos to be labelled. Check your local rules and mark any altered photo clearly so buyers are not misled.
