Does staging change the room itself?

No. The tool is told not to alter walls, floors, windows or fixtures. It only adds furniture and decor, scaled to the space.

Do I have to disclose virtual staging?

Rules vary by MLS and region, and many require virtually staged photos to be labelled. Show the original empty photo as well where you can, and check your local rules.

Can I stage a room that already has furniture?
